Today I decided to talk about a few yoga poses that are great for stress relief. Of course practicing yoga on a regular basis will be a tremendous help with reducing stress but if you feel overwhelmed here are a few different yoga poses you can get into to help.
Not all yoga poses are the same. Some positions are effective for promoting relaxation, tension relief and restfulness placing you in tune with the breath for mental focus allowing the mind to be open to meditation. While other asanas release tention in different ways calming but energizing the body at the same time.
Try some of these poses below.
