I love drinking a green smoothie in the mornings. My personal favorite green to add is kale but there are so many different options of greens you can use to mix things up!
Build your perfect smoothie-
Pick your green- (3 cups)
You can also use herbs such as: mint, cilantro, basil and parsley.
Pick your liquid- (2 cups)
Pick your fruit- (1 cup)
Natural Sweeteners- These are optional
Nuts and nut butters
Hemp protein powder
Sunwarrior protein powder
Nuts and seeds
