Oils For The Brain

Can you believe it? Alzheimer’s natural treatments exist and people use them with great results! One of these natural treatments is using essential oils. There are certain oils that can be used for different things. Let’s just say you’ve had a lot going on lately and you are extremely stressed out. A few oils that you can use to help address this are lavender, clary sage, frankincense, ylang ylang and citrus oils. The oils used for worry are very similar. You will want to stick with lavender, citrus oils, frankincense, clary sage and add some sandalwood in there as well. To uplift your mood try bergamot, orange, frankincense and lavender. I am always looking for oils that help with memory and learning. A few of those are bergamot, rosemary, frankincense, peppermint and clary sage. Last but not least oils that are good for attention and focus are ylang ylang, peppermint, chamomile, rosemary and sandalwood. When a natural treatment can be used for so many things why wouldn’t you try it? Try them out and let me know which ones you like best. If you like using the oils you can also meditate with them or place them in oil diffusers for a wonderful scent.
