Green Goodness Smoothie

Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day thus far. I decided that today I am going to give you a sneak peak recipe to our upcoming cookbook. This is the Green Goodess Smoothie. Its a great way to get your greens early in the morning and an excellent energy booster. Here is what you will need:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1- 1/2 cups of coconut water.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until its smooth and green like shown below. Pour it into a glass and enjoy!
Let me know what you think of this one. I drank these nonstop on vacation and absolutely loved it! I had so much energy after drinking them.
