Bananas for Coconut Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1 cup green apple, cored
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup canned coconut milk, chilled overnight
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from carton not canned)
3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
